Mash up of Itch to Stitch Celeste Dress in extended sizing, with sleeves from Anna Allen Anthea Pattern. I color blocked, with a treasured scrap of printed linen. The black is beautiful linen from Gray Line Linen in NYC. I added back yoke and pleats to break up back and make it roomier when sitting. I also dropped the arm scye about 1 inch and skipped the zipper. A perfect make for steamy fall day.

This pattern was not drafted for my size. It has lovely relaxed gathered sleeves. It is a dart-less swing top. The design ease accommodates my pear shaped plus size body. I made the largest size, 22 with absolutely no adjustments. My measurements are 48 bust, C cup, 49 waist, 59 hips. My daughter is starting first new full time in person teaching position. No RTW to be found on line or in stores. So I made her some skirts, bought others in larger sizes and altered them. So glad I know how to sew. This is the Shepherd skirt. Lightweight wool suiting, lined, pockets, pleated and I added adjustable waistband. Pattern by Merchant and Mills.

This is top of my very first self drafted pattern. Also one of my first selfies. This was made possible by making a custom dress form. I saw this sleeve treatment on facebook and incorporated it. It is fine light gray linen, and the bodice is fully lined. Also my first center slit. Trying to keep design lines clean. The construction is a bit different but nothing crazy. Now to create a worthy bottom. The arms are covered but completely sleeveless underneath which feels amazing on.

Fibremoodâs Belle in cotton poly poplin. I am 48 C, 50 waist, 60 hips. Graded from XL to 3X. Max sizes for pattern is 57.6 bust, 52.6 waist, 57.1 hips with loose fit intended. 3X hip finishes at 64 inches. Underarm bra exposure is a bit of problem. But it is super comfy and cool for the hot summer days. #fibremood #fibremoodbelle
