Here is the Anna Allen Athena Puffed Sleeve Top and Dress pattern, sewn size 22, only changed the center button placket for design purposes. I created the machine appliqué button hole design myself. Lovely soft linen. Changed gathers to pleats and used French seam for beautiful inside finish as well. Hidden buttons on inside also. Love this pattern, follow directions for quick and easy sew, or perfect starting point for pattern hacking. It is a tried and true pattern for me.
